Discarded Pakistan player refuses to meet King Charles in protest of being dropped from squad

After an embarrassing 194-run defeat to England in the second Test at Lord’s, the Pakistan Cricket Board made wholesale changes. They dropped seven players, sacked head coach Sarfaraz Ahmed and bowling coach Umar Gul and replaced them with Mike Hesson and Ashley Noffke. The decision wasn’t well handled by one of the seven dropped players, as he later refused to attend a meeting with King Charles at Clarence House.
