Commanders Set 2026 Offseason Dates: OTAs, Minicamp Announced

Washington Commanders have unveiled their 2026 offseason plan, with OTAs running May 27–June 11 and a mandatory minicamp from June 16–18, while practice kicks off April 20 at Ashburn.

The 2025 season ended 5‑12, and Washington looks to rebuild with 13 new outside free agents and fresh leadership – offensive coordinator David Blough and defensive coordinator Daronte Jones. Quarterback Jayden Daniels will begin working with Blough during the offseason program.

The Commanders’ 2026 schedule starts on April 20 in Ashburn, with strength and conditioning, meetings and rehab in the first weeks. OTAs run May 27‑29, June 2‑4, and June 9‑11, followed by a mandatory minicamp June 16‑18. All training takes place at the team’s Ashburn facility.
