Manchester United will clash heads with Newcastle United at St. James’ Park this Wednesday night as they look to earn a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Red Devils managed to secure a hard-fought 2-1 win over Crystal Palace recently, so they would be keen on keeping their good form going in the league.
Michael Carrick will stick with his favoured 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to keep changes to a minimum for this game. Hence, Benjamin Sesko will once again get a chance to impress as the focal point of Man United’s attack.

Defence
Senne Lammens will function in between the sticks for Man United after conceding one goal in his last league appearance. Harry Maguire will resume his partnership with Leny Yoro at the centre of the Man United backline as they look to keep a good shape on the defensive end of the field.
Diogo Dalot will hope to put in a decent display at right-back, while Luke Shaw hopes to impress on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Ayden Heaven will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield
Casemiro and Kobbie Mainoo will continue to function as the holding midfielders for Man United as they focus on winning the 50-50 battles at the centre of the park.
The talented trio of Matheus Cunha, Bruno Fernandes and Bryan Mbeumo will operate just ahead of them as part of Carrick’s attack. All three of them need to link up play well in the final third if they want to create some inviting chances for the Red Devils to win this contest.
Manuel Ugarte and Amad Diallo will have to be content with a place on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if required.
Attack
Benjamin Sesko will spearhead Man United’s attack once again up top. He managed to score against Crystal Palace, which should give him a ton of confidence going into this game.
Joshua Zirkzee will have to settle for a spot on the bench as he waits for his chance to influence the game in the latter stages if needed.
